Embodying Love

A monthly virtual class to aide in finding the pleasure, peace, power and purpose Embodying Love allows us, and the connection to self and other that follows. We will explore together, the different facets of Love and the felt qualities through embodiment practices such as song/sound, movement, breath and energy work, through reflection and ritual, and through the safe supportive container we provide together as community. You will receive self care practices and rituals you can continue at home. Imagine feeling, being, sharing and living from a place of Embodied Love in any situation - its possible because we ARE Love!

Love Collective

The intention of this “Love Collective” is to be a place where we can all share and receive love. I envision this a public space where people can post pictures of hearts they find, memes on love they resonate with, or what ever love related images or literature they want to share, or they can share moments where love inspired them or was given to them, etc... Let’s all inspire and shower each other in the love we see and experience in our lives!
